Prudential Atlanta/Georgia Realty Launches "We Care" Program

Prudential Atlanta/Georgia Realty has started a unique internal program for its sales associates and employees called "We Care." The We Care Program was twofold reminds associates within the Prudential family of the importance of giving back to the community and supporting each other in times of need. By bringing even small acts of caring and selflessness to everyone"s attention, it demonstrates the caring spirit and teamwork within Prudential Atlanta/Georgia Realty. It also serves as the vehicle for bringing the caring ways of employees and sales associates into the spotlight. One component of the We Care Program is the Star of the Month Program. Each branch office nominates and selects an individual to serve as a shining example of how members of Prudential care about each other and the community. The Prudential Georgia Realty Peachtree City office held a silent auction, candy sale, garage sale, and had several members participate in the six-mile walk known as WalkAmerica for the March of Dimes. Their joint efforts raised nearly $2,000. Prudential"s Henry/Clayton office took swift and decided action when a little boy in the community was injured in a motorcycle accident. They held a large yard sale and solicited donations to assist with the family"s rising medical costs. "Too often caring acts or volunteer efforts go unnoticed," stated Toni McGowan, Senior Vice President of Prudential Atlanta/Georgia Realty. "Our We Care Program brings these acts of kindness and generosity to the forefront and allows people to be recognized for their efforts. It"s also our way of thanking members of Prudential for caring about each other and the community in general."
